At the beginning of the week I encountered an issued that I hadn’t seen before. When I tried to open anything using my CRM in Outlook I received a blank gray box with tiny words stating “CRM failed to load”. I am a new Sales Admin and consequently am lacking in technical prowess. My normal plan of action is to leave it alone and hope that it fixes itself. Luckily for me, I work in an office full of Dynamics CRM pros. This is what they had me do:
- In your Start menu à Programs àMicrosoft Dynamics CRM 2011
- Click on Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011.
- Open Diagnostics
- In Advanced Troubleshooting click on the Add-In Enable button.
- Restart Outlook.
